Abstract
|

|
Studies on the distribution of hemolysin and hemagglutinin in serum fractions of rabbit sera immunized with goat, sheep, and bovine erythrocytes were carried out by starch block electrophoresis in a starch supporting medium and the results obtained were as follows.
I. Both hemagglutinin and hemolysin were in the all globulin fractions but hemolysin titers in each globulin fraction were higher than hemagglutinin titers.
2. There is no parallel correlation in titers between hemolysin and hemagglutinin.
